Flap CRM Terms of Service
This is a translation for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
If the client has signed a contract or a data processing agreement (DPA) with Flap Agency LLC, what those documents say prevails over these terms.
1. Who we are
Flap CRM is a service of Flap Agency LLC (EIN 61-2252430), with its address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: info@flapconsulting.com.
2. What Flap CRM is
A CRM that Flap Agency LLC installs and operates for each client: companies, contacts, opportunities, tasks, reports, AI assistance and optional integrations. Each client has its own installation, with its database kept separate from everyone else’s.
One of those integrations is the Meta connection: the client connects its Facebook Pages through the Meta app “Flap CRM”, and the instant forms from its Facebook and Instagram ads flow into its CRM automatically.
3. Who can use it
It is used by the companies that have contracted the service with Flap Agency LLC and by the people those companies register as users. The client is responsible for its users complying with these terms and for keeping its credentials safe.
4. The client’s obligations regarding data
The client is the controller of the personal data it enters into or receives in its CRM, including the data that comes from its Meta forms. Flap Agency LLC is the processor and processes that data only to provide the service, in accordance with the DPA. In particular, the client:
- has a valid legal basis for processing that data and has informed people, in its form and in its privacy policy, of who it is and what it will do with their data;
- complies with Meta’s Lead Ads Terms, its Platform Terms and its advertising policies;
- before sending marketing communications to anyone who filled in a form (for example, by enabling an email campaign at the stage its leads enter), makes sure it has the legal basis to do so under the Spanish LSSI and the GDPR. The CRM warns about this when the form is set up and asks for explicit confirmation, but it does not check each person’s consent;
- does not request special categories of data (health, ideology, etc.) in its forms unless it has a legal basis to do so; the CRM lets it discard any answer before it is stored;
- handles people’s data protection requests, with Flap Agency LLC’s help when needed.
5. The Meta connection
- By connecting, the client authorises the “Flap CRM” app to read the forms of the Pages it chooses, with the permissions Meta shows it. It may only connect Pages it administers or is authorised to use, and each Page can only be connected to one Flap CRM installation.
- Data received from Meta is used only to provide the service to the client that owns the Page. It is not used for Flap Agency LLC’s own purposes, it is not sold, it is not used for advertising and it is not shared with other clients.
- The client can disconnect a Page at any time from its CRM or by removing the app in its business settings on Meta. From that moment, no new leads come in. Whatever is already in its CRM remains the client’s until it deletes it or the contract ends.
- The availability of the connection depends on Meta: its approvals, API changes, token expiry or outages. Flap Agency LLC recovers the submissions that Meta still retains (up to 90 days) and flags in the CRM those that cannot be processed, but it is not liable for anything Meta does not deliver.
6. Acceptable use
Flap CRM may not be used to send spam, process unlawfully obtained data, impersonate anyone, attack or overload the service, attempt to access other clients’ data or circumvent its security controls. Flap Agency LLC may suspend access, or the Meta connection, if it detects such use or if Meta requires it, notifying the client unless urgency prevents it.
7. Security
Each client has its own isolated installation, with role-based access control and row-level security in the database. Meta tokens are stored encrypted. The full set of measures is described in the DPA.
8. End of service
When the contract ends, Flap Agency LLC disconnects the Meta Pages, returns or deletes the data as instructed by the client and removes the installation, as provided in the DPA.
9. Liability
The service is provided with due professional diligence. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Flap Agency LLC is not liable for indirect damages or loss of business opportunities, and its total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding twelve months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to clients with reasonable advance notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory data protection rules of the European Union, which apply in all cases.
