We connect the software you already use (your ERP, email, bank and CRM) so data moves from one to the next on its own. First we measure, then we automate, and then we keep it running.
- Open the email and the PDF
- Download and rename it
- Type supplier, tax ID, subtotal and VAT into the ERP

All your automations, working at once
This is what a business with automated processes looks like: every workflow does its part and your team just keeps an eye on the dashboard.
Here's how it would work at a family-owned distributor
40 employees, a decades-old ERP and lots of Excel. Automating four departments, one per month.
More than half a workday, every day, back to work that actually adds value.
- 42 hOperations · orders
- 23 hAccounting · invoices
- 18 hCustomer service · emails
- 12 hManagement · reports
Simulation: 300 orders × 12 min × 70% · 400 invoices × 5 min × 70% · 600 emails × 3 min × 60% · 8 reports × 90 min.
Three people were keying in orders and invoices that were already sitting in their inbox, and reports were pieced together by hand at month-end.
Data flows from email to the ERP on its own, the team only reviews the edge cases, and management gets the report every Monday.
- Same ERP, same tools
- One department per month, starting with the most expensive one
- Review and fine-tuning after every launch
Simulation with estimated figures: it does not reflect any specific client.

Request information →Questions we often get
How much does it cost?
Automations start at €690. After the assessment, we give you a fixed price in writing.
Which department do we start with?
Whichever one costs you the most hours today. It's usually accounting (invoices, collections) or operations (orders), but we measure it with you during the assessment. Then we add one department per month.
Will it work with my software even if it has no API?
Almost always. If your software has no API (common with many versions of Sage, a3 or custom-built tools), we connect to its database, exchange files, or use a bot that does the clicking for you.
Who owns the automations?
You do. They run on your server or in your account, in your name, and we hand over the documentation. If we ever stop working together, they keep running.
Where is my data? Does ChatGPT see it?
We use servers in the European Union and AI providers with European servers that don't train on your data. We sign a data processing agreement.
What happens if something breaks?
We monitor every automation: if something fails, an alert fires, it retries and we let you know. Amounts and payments are always approved by a person.
Why not just build it myself with n8n or Make?
You can, and for simple things it's a great idea. The hard part is connecting software that has no API, keeping it from breaking when something changes, and having someone maintain it. That's what we do.
Are there grants like Kit Digital?
Kit Digital and Kit Consulting are no longer open. We can help you check whether any regional grants or R&D tax deductions apply.
