    The hidden cost

When your programs don't talk to each other, someone types for them

The web order someone re-keys into the ERP. The CRM quote that gets typed up again as a sales order. The bank statement ticked off line by line.

Stock that doesn't add upYou sell something online that's no longer in the warehouse.
Duplicate customers and ordersThe same customer with three records and two addresses.
Invoices typed in twiceAnd every mistake means a return or a credit note.

Every piece of data lands where it belongs, and we keep watch for you

Watch each record travel from one program to the next. And if a field doesn't match, see how it's set aside, flagged and processed exactly once.

    What we connect

What runs through a spreadsheet today should flow on its own

The most common cases at small and mid-sized distributors, manufacturers and retailers.

    Online store ↔ ERP

PrestaShop, WooCommerce or Shopify with a3, Sage, Holded or Odoo.

    • Web order to sales order
    • Stock per warehouse to store
    • Customer pricing to B2B store
You never sell what you don't have

    CRM ↔ ERP

Sales in HubSpot or Pipedrive, back office in the ERP.

    • Accepted quote to sales order
    • New customer to record with accounting code
    • Balance and credit risk to CRM record
Sales stops selling to customers who owe you

    Bank → accounting

Transactions from all your banks, matched to your invoices.

    • Transaction to invoice payment
    • Direct debit batch to its receipts
    • Unclear items to review queue
    You only review the exceptions

    In-house software → Verifactu

Keep invoicing with the software you've always used, in Access or custom-built.

    • Invoice to Verifactu-compliant invoicing tool
    • QR code and record to your software
    No rewriting your software

    Forms and ads → CRM

Meta, Google Ads and your website, straight to the right sales rep.

    • Lead to contact, no duplicates
    • Campaign to contact source
    • Sale to Google Ads conversion
Call back in minutes, not days

Time tracking and HR → payroll

Factorial or Sesame with a3innuva Payroll or your payroll provider.

    • Hires and terminations to payroll
    • Absences and bonuses to payroll
Your payroll provider gets clean data
    Even without an API

If it can be connected, we'll connect it. And we'll tell you how.

Not every program is built to talk to others. That's why we work with four routes, from the most direct to the last resort.

    1. Direct connection (API)When both programs have one: Holded, Business Central, HubSpot, Shopify, WooCommerce…Instantly or every few minutes
    2. An existing connectorIf your software already ships with a reliable connector, we use it inside your integration and build only what's missing.Fastest and most affordable
    3. Database or filesFor software installed on your own server (a3ERP, Sage, Navision) or built in-house (Access, SQL). We read without touching your software's internals and write using the vendor's own tools. In batches, every few minutes or hours
    4. Screen automationOnly as a last resort, for portals or programs with no other way in. We'll tell you upfront before we start.Scheduled, several times a day

When the standard connector falls short

What the vendors themselves say about their connectors:

    • Sage 50 ↔ PrestaShop (official): orders only, consumer sales only and no customer-specific pricing.Connector listing, Sage
    • Holded ↔ WooCommerce: doesn't import returns or bundles, and only works with one warehouse.Holded, integration page
    • Holded ↔ HubSpot: runs through Zapier and doesn't sync custom fields.Holded, integration page
    • a3ERP: has no public API. It's integrated by reading its database and using the vendor's library on your server.Chift, a3ERP integration guide

And “it has an API” doesn't always mean free: a3innuva requires the Conectia API, SAP Business One requires an indirect access license and Salesforce Essentials has no API. We tell you which licenses you'll need before we start.

    Custom integration

An integration built around your software, not the other way around

A generic connector forces you to adapt to it. A Flap integration adapts to the way your business works.

    An example

    How day-to-day work changes

Distributor running PrestaShop and Sage 50

600 web orders a month that someone types into the ERP (4 min each), and website stock updated from a spreadsheet twice a day.

    Before
    40 h/month

Stock via spreadsheet, twice a day

    Sold with zero stock: SKU-883

40 hours a month typing orders, plus sales of out-of-stock products.

    After
    0 h/month

Stock up to date every few minutes

    You only review the exceptions

Orders flow in on their own, stock updates every few minutes and only the exceptions get reviewed.

    40 hfreed up per month
    ~12errors avoided per month
    0orders typed by hand

    Math: 600 orders × 4 min ÷ 60 = 40 h/month. Errors: 600 × 2% = 12/month (Panko's rate, 2015). Example based on typical figures.

    FAQ

    What people usually ask us

Do I have to switch ERPs?

No. We connect the software you already use, exactly as it is.

What if my software has no API (a3ERP, Sage, Access…)?

It can still be connected: by reading its database without touching its internals, through file exchange or with a small connector installed on your server. During the assessment we tell you which route we'd use for your version.

Why a custom integration instead of a generic connector?

Because a generic connector only does what it ships with. A custom integration understands your customer pricing, your warehouses, your bundles and your returns, reaches software without an API, and belongs to you. If your software already has a reliable connector, we use it inside the integration.

Who owns the integration if we stop working together?

You do. It runs on your server or in your accounts, with your credentials, and we hand over exportable workflows and documentation. Another developer can take it from there.

What happens if a sync fails?

It retries automatically. If that doesn't fix it, the record waits in a queue, never lost or duplicated, and both you and we get an alert. Monitoring is automatic, 24/7.

Which program wins if a field changes in both places?

We put it in writing in the data map before we build anything. Typically: stock, prices and tax details live in the ERP; opportunities and sales activity live in the CRM.

Will you touch my live ERP?

Only once everything has been tested on a copy or test company and has run in parallel with the way you work. We only write what's been agreed, with a dedicated user and minimum permissions.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Integrations start at €690. After the assessment we give you a fixed price in writing. The first integration is usually up and running in 2–4 weeks.

    Where is my data stored?

On an EU server in your name, with a data processing agreement. We keep the bare minimum needed to retry and delete it afterwards. If any part needs a service outside the EU, we tell you first.

Can you help with Verifactu if I invoice with in-house software?

Yes: we connect your software to a Verifactu-compliant invoicing tool, without rewriting it. Please confirm with your tax advisor which deadlines apply to you.
