Hi, I'm the Leadership agent. Ask me anything about your data.
Example Distribution Co. · 80 employees · all data is fictitious
It alerts you by email and WhatsApp, and sends the report on its own
Each manager gets what's relevant to them on their phone, the moment it happens. And reports arrive on the day and at the time you choose, already summarized.
🔔 Alerts to the right person real time
Each manager gets what's relevant to them the moment it happens, via WhatsApp, email or your company chat.
- To the person who needs to act, not to everyone
- With the reason and the next step, not just the number
- Thresholds we fine-tune with you so it doesn't become noise
📨 Automated reporting
Nothing to build: the report is generated, summarized and sent on its own.
✨ Key takeaways
- €286,000 in sales this week: 6% more than in 2025 and 2% below budget.
- Margin is down 1.2 points because of beverages: purchase costs rose in September and prices haven't been updated.
- To watch: Northside Hospitality (€38,000 overdue) and week 5 in the cash forecast.

AI connected to your data, with top-tier security
We connect AI agents to your dashboards. Anyone on the team can ask what they need, in their own words, and instantly get the number and where it comes from.
Your data never leaves this space
- It only works with your data
It answers with what's in your dashboards. It doesn't search the internet or make up numbers: if a figure isn't there, it tells you.
- Everyone sees only their own
It follows the same permissions as the dashboard. If someone can't see payroll, they can't ask about it either.
- Your data trains no one
It runs on European servers, with AI providers that don't use your data to train their models.
- Your team moves faster
Sales, finance and leadership ask the same agent and start from the same numbers. Fewer "can you send me that number?" emails.
A dashboard people look at, not one that gets filed away
Few KPIs
Between 5 and 8 per area. The ones that drive decisions, not everything that can be calculated.
One source of truth
Every metric comes with a written definition. No more two different sales figures.
It alerts you
No need to go and check: when something is out of the ordinary, you get it by email or WhatsApp.
Monthly review
We track what gets used and remove what nobody opens. Your dashboard evolves with you.
How treasury would change at a family-owned distributor
40 employees, €8M in revenue, four banks and a cash flow spreadsheet updated by hand every Monday.
By bringing days sales outstanding down from 78 to 68, chasing customers who go past 60 days in time.
- €6,900a year in spreadsheet hours
- 5 weeksof warning to spot a cash gap
- −10 daysof days sales outstanding
- 4 bankson a single screen
Simulation: cash = (€8,000,000 ÷ 365) × 10 days · hours = 5 h × 46 weeks × €30/h. Real-world benchmark: Spanish SMBs got paid in 80.5 days on average in 2025 (CEPYME).
The accounting manager spent Monday mornings downloading statements and receivables to update the spreadsheet. Late payments only showed up at month-end.
The dashboard updates itself every morning, flags any invoice that passes 60 days and shows the forecast balance 13 weeks out.
Simulation with estimated figures: it doesn't correspond to any specific client.

Dashboards From €690
Request information →What people usually ask us
How much does it cost?
Dashboards start at €690. Tool licenses are billed separately, at cost. After the assessment we give you a fixed quote in writing.
Which tool do you build it with?
Whichever fits best with what you already have and how many people will use it: there are free options, per-user licensed options and options on your own server in Europe. We'll recommend one in the assessment.
Does it work with my ERP?
Yes. If your ERP has an API, we connect directly; if not, we read its database or its files. Spreadsheets and in-house software too.
How do alerts and reports arrive?
By email, WhatsApp or your company chat, to the person responsible for each area. Alerts go out as soon as the data changes in your system (within minutes or hours, depending on the source) and include the reason and the next step. Reports arrive on the day and at the time you choose, with a written summary and the PDF. WhatsApp messages come from a verified business number and only go to people who have opted in.
Is it real time?
It updates itself every day, or every hour where the source allows. For almost every decision an SMB makes, having yesterday's data at 7:00 AM is what makes the difference. If you need real time for something specific, like inventory or orders, we'll look into it.
Who owns the dashboard?
You do. It lives in your account or on your server. We come in as guest users and leave you the documentation. If we ever stop working together, it keeps running.
Our data is messy and scattered across a thousand spreadsheets
That's normal. The first job is to unify and clean up the sources, and every metric comes with a written definition. If a figure isn't reliable, the dashboard says so.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
The AI answers based on the metrics we've defined with you and shows how it did the math. The official figures are the ones in the dashboard. It's optional and uses providers with European servers.
Who sees what?
Each person sees only what's relevant to them. People data is aggregated by site or department. We sign a data processing agreement.
